V60 Neo 10 pours brew
"An innovative ten-pour method using extremely coarse grinds and high temperatures to achieve exceptional sweetness and syrupy body."
Tetsu Kasuya
Tips & Preparation
Why 10 Pours:
- Each pour contributes to dissolving compounds and enhancing viscosity, which is typically lost in modern short-brew trends.
Brewing Logic:
- Uses extreme coarseness (40-45 clicks on Comandante C40) to allow for long extraction times without bitterness, creating a syrupy, jelly-like texture.
Adjustments:
- If concentration is too low, reduce click count or gently agitate the server during brewing.
Preparation:
- Use high water temperature (95-96°C) for best results with light roasts.
