“This lot is sourced from 20 carefully selected producers in the Chericho kebele of Arbegona. These producers were identified through Testi Specialty Coffee's Premium Cherry Selection program. At Yaye washing station, cherries are pulped and fermented in clean water for 48 hours, then washed and density graded before being transferred to raised drying beds under parabolic shade for approximately 21 days.”
