Preparation:

  • Grind: aeropressish grind, maybe a little finer.
  • Dose coffee (20, 30, 40), water is four times the dose.
  • Add bottom paper to clean up the texture, promote even flow.
  • Add top paper and puck disc for cleaner puck.

Recipe Steps

timeBottom filter with water spray, tamp to flat.
timeDose 20g coffee shake to even, tamp and add top filter paper.
