Tips & Preparation

  • Pouring fast on Z1 increase the coffee dynamics.

Preparation:

  • Used high quality washed coffee.
  • Grinder size: 6.5 on Timemore 078.

Note:

  • As you pouring, you will see the column of water above the coffee bed is getting clear and clear, to get good extraction rate.
