A novel Aeropress recipe using room temperature water followed by boiling water for an espresso-style brew.

Tips & Preparation

18g coffee

27g room temperature water

47g boiling water
-
18g in, ~54g out, 1:3 ratio.

Grind 18g of light roasted coffee medium to medium fine (3.5 or 35 clicks on ZP6).
2 pour structure:
- Add 27g room temperature water (important for soaking without CO2 release).
- Add 47g boiling water to start percolation.

Add 27g room temperature water. let the ground soak 10-15s until no water column above the top paper filter, no liquid should drip.
