Tips & Preparation
- Grind super coarse
- Always check if it needs a shake to help even out the saturationion
- Two 60g blooms spaced 30 seconds apart
- Then two 110g pours based on flow
- Total brew time is sensitive, too long will bring bitterness
- Remove the top to help flow faster(theoretically🥸)
Recipe Steps

Start timer, pour 60g bloom through Melodrip in small circles.

Spin the brewer to ensure even saturation.

Pour another 60g bloom.

Pour 110ml, ensuring the bed is fully drained before the next pour.

Pour the last 110ml to reach 320ml, let it drain then pour. Or if it goes pass the 2mins, then make the last pour

Total brew time around 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
