  • It uses a gentle soak and fast flow rate.

  • Full saturation of the puck is needed.
  • Low pressure is key.
  • Paper filter on the bottom aids flow.
  • Deeper pucks are preferred.
  • Grind coarser than turbo shots.(double the burr lock to turbo shot on your grinder)

Variations:

  • Different machines (Robot, OXO Rapid Brewer, Flair 58, Pico Presso, AirPress).
  • Ratios from 1:2 to 1:8.

Preparations:

  • Bottom paper filter to improve the flow rate
  • Top paper filter or mesh screen to evenness the flow through the puck.
  • Preheating machine is optional.

Recipe Steps
