Needling tool: Opens up the coffee bed for faster saturation, sweetness, clarity, and transparency.

Theo drip: Showering tool for less rotation, less turbulence, sweeter, cleaner, and better flavor transition.
Variation or Adjustment:
- Increase the temperature to 95°C for more intensity, decrease for less.

1st pour: Bloom with 60 ml of water for 40 seconds.
