Tips & Preparation
Presented by European Coffee Trip Notes:
- Filter: Hiflux filter, Can substitute with any wave filter, modified to create a non-bypass environment.
- Water: 40 ppm (distilled or osmotic water with added minerals, or salt and soda as alternative)
- Water Temperature: Two temperatures used - 96°C and 80°C. Important to flush out 80-120ml of water from the kettle before the first pour to account for temperature difference between kettle display and spout.

Add 15g of coffee.

Use melodrip and finish with 90g of 80°C water.
