Tips & Preparation

Reasons to try:

  • Super easy and fast.
  • Easy to dial in to get better result than other cone brewers.
  • More clarity, flavor separation, less bold than traditional espresso.

Preparation:

  • Grind size: Between espresso and filter coffee
  • AeroPress filter papers

Variations:

  • Ratios: 1:3 (strong, intense) to 1:5 (clarity, flavor separation)
  • Pre-infusion: 35 seconds is a good balance, can be pushed to 1 minutes for richer, stronger higher extraction.
  • Americano style: Add 100ml of water to the extraction.

Recipe Steps
