  • Prefers smoother, less fermented flavors for morning coffee, like washed Ethiopian or Brazilian.

Notes:

  • Grind size: 7 on K-Ultra (medium-coarse)

  • Uses lower temperature for blooming floral coffees to preserve delicate notes, followed by higher temperature for extraction.

  • Roasting profile adjusted based on water PPM (lighter for harder water).

  • Suggests using two kettles or cooling water in a separate server for temperature control.

Preparation:

  • Rinsing paper filter with 90°C water.
